Rice Cakes with Avocado Sauce and Smoked Salmon

  • 4 rice cakes

  • 100g smoked salmon

  • 1 ripe avocado, chopped

  • Juice from 1 lime

  • 3 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil KORVEL

  • 3 teaspoons water

  • Salt, Fresh pepper

  • Chopped dill

Cooking method: 

1. Put the avocado, lime juice, salt, pepper, water and Extra virgin olive oil in a blender. Puree until smooth.

2. Spread the Avocado Sauce in the rice cakes.

3. Cut smoked salmon in 4 pieces and place them above each rice cake.

4. Add some drops of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and some chopped dill for Extra Taste.

And… ready to serve!
